My name is Barbara B. Rogina and I am certified to teach the following styles of yoga:
I believe in the importance of good health, mental wellness and, the enjoyment of life. I enjoy: yoga, walking, cycling, weight training and, running. After working 36 years in the corporate world, I decided that it was time to refocus my goals on family, friends and life.
Students have commented that my calm and enthusiastic teaching style helps create a peaceful and relaxed environment in the classroom. I enjoy spending time with my students in understanding their needs and helping guide them towards their intentions.
